Cheddar Muffins |

| Ingredients: 2 Cups Flour 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 2 Tablespoons Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika 1/4 Cup Minced Dried Onion (or use 1 fresh onion, diced and sauteed) 4 Teaspoons Dried Parsley 4 ounces (1 Cup) Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 Egg, beaten 1/2 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Sour Cream 1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine, melted Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, paprika, onion and parsley. Stir in cheese. Add egg, milk, sour cream and butter. Mix just until blended-try not to mix too long, or muffins may be tough. Spoon batter into a greased muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes. |
