Chili Spaghetti |

| Ingredients: 1 lb Ground Beef, browned and drained 2 Tablespoons Minced Dried Onion (or use 1/2 of a fresh onion, diced and sauteed) 2 Cloves Garlic 3 Cups Tomato Juice 1 - 16 ounce can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed 6 ounces Spaghetti, broken up, or Elbow Macaroni (uncooked) 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 2 - 3 Teaspoons Chili Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and place in a greased 2-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, covered, for 65-70 minutes. Let stand covered 10 minutes. |
