| This recipe makes a sweet,
cakelike cornbread. Ingredients: 2 Cups Biscuit Mix or Bisquick® 1/2 Cup Cornmeal 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder Mix all ingredients together and place in a heavy duty sealable plastic bag. To make Cornbread: 1 bag Cornbread Mix 2 eggs 1 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine, melted Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the mix in a large bowl, and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. |
