Chocolate Pudding Mix

Ingredients:

1-1/2 Cups plus 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3-1/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
1-1/3 Cups Cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well with a wire whisk. Place mix into a sealable container that will hold at least 8 cups.

To make pudding:

1 Cup Pudding Mix
2-3/4 Cups Milk
2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1-1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Place pudding mix and milk in a saucepan. Cook at medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens to the desired consistency. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into 6 bowls and chill. Makes 6 servings.
